Guillaume Bébéar, Senior Director Mr. Bébéar joined Centre Partners in 2003. Prior thereto, he was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) and at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corp. (DLJ), which he joined in 1992. At CSFB, Mr. Bébéar served as Global Head of People Management for Investment Banking during the integration of DLJ. At DLJ, he was a member of the media and telecommunications group in New York and was also responsible for setting up and overseeing DLJ's Paris office. Mr. Bébéar began his career as a management consultant in France at Bossard Consultants (now Gemini Ernst & Young). He currently serves as a Director of Ironwood Investment Management, LLC, MB Investment Partners and Associates, LLC, and serves on the advisory board of Palisades Ventures, L.P. He previously served on the Board of Uno Restaurant Holdings Corp. Mr. Bébéar graduated from IFAG in Paris, France. GBebear@CentrePartners.com John Stiker, Director Mr. Stiker joined Centre Partners in 2006. Prior thereto, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Distant Lands Trading Company. Prior to joining Distant Lands, Mr. Stiker served as Executive Vice President for Corporate Development with Connors Bros. Income Fund and its U.S. based operating company, Bumble Bee Seafoods, LLC. He started his career as a brand manager for Procter & Gamble, and served for four years as an Officer in the U.S. Navy. He is currently a Director of Bumble Bee Foods, L.P., Distant Lands Trading Company, International Imaging Materials, Inc, and Orion ICG, LLC. Mr. Stiker is based in Centre's Los Angeles office. Prior thereto, he was a Consultant at Bain & Company. Before joining Bain, Mr. Chande worked in private equity and corporate finance with Raymond James Capital and Schroder & Co. He is based in Centre's Los Angeles office, and currently serves as a Director of Distant Lands Trading Company, Quickie Holdings, Inc., and Wind River Environmental, LLC. Mr. Chande received a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Prior thereto, he worked in private equity at Circle Peak Capital and Clearview Capital and was an Analyst in Morgan Stanley's fixed income division. Mr. Saft currently serves as a Director of Environmental Logistics Services LLC and International Imaging Materials. He previously served on the boards of Autoland, Inc. and Bravo Sports.
