We have created Centre Operating Partners (COPs), a group of accomplished senior executives who are able to provide their expertise and collaboration on a wide variety of investments.  These executives participate in our investments, primarily as directors on the boards of and investors in our portfolio companies.  The COPs are a source of expert business advice and immediate operating solutions. 

Our large network of operating executives positions us favorably with family owned businesses seeking to manage succession and estate issues. Our collective expertise allows us to tackle businesses in need of transformation through the support of one or more operating managers or the development of innovative strategic initiatives. The collaborative cultural approach of our network has made us the preferred partner for sellers and managers alike in need of financial and operating partners.

We also leverage the network of Carlisle Enterprises, our exclusive relationship in the industrial sector, which is comprised of seven general partners, all of whom have extensive operational backgrounds, and 19 limited partners, of whom many are retired executives of Fortune 500 companies.  This group has invested in each of Centre Partners’ investments and collaborates with us in all of our investments in the industrial sector.

We have an exclusive strategic alliance with CentreTEK Solutions.  This group, through dedicated teams, adds pre-investment systems diagnostics to our analytical investment process and post-investment systems implementation and management to our portfolio companies when necessary.
